this is not a retail location and we do not allow online orders to be picked up.
 

When do fresh roasted coffees taste best?

coffee tastes best a few days after roast (three to seven days) and will remain tasty, when stored properly, for up to a month.
 

What’s the best method for brewing?

the best method is your favorite one. we recommend you explore pourover (V60, chemex, kalita, etc.), vacuum pot, a.k.a. syphon brewer (hario, bodum, etc.), french press, aero press, moka pot and any method we may have missed. espresso machines unlock more flavor than any of the aforementioned brew methods.
